FlexiPlan is applicable for Prepaid and Postpaid customers
The PIN that customer receives for purchasing the bundle is not to be shared with others for his/her own safety as this may lead to fraudulent activity. Grameenphone will not be liable if any loss is incurred while sharing PIN with others knowingly or unknowingly
Customers can gift bundle to others. While gifting, money will be deducted from sender’s account. FlexiPlan postpaid customers can send 25 GIFTs in a day.
Gift option is available in FlexiPlan App & FlexiPlan in MyGP only.
For FlexiPlan App, customer need to use latest version available in Play Store
Please use your own GP SIM & GP internet for GIFT.
FlexiPlan Validity/Volume is totally separate from Regular pack Validity/Volume
Volume of FlexiPlan validity (1, 3, 7, 15, 30 days) will not be added with other validity packs
At the end of the validity period, if a customer has any remaining volume, it will be forfeited. However, if a customer re-purchases the same pack within the validity period, the volume will be added, and the validity will be updated accordingly.
Unused volume will be carried forward if the customer purchases the same pack within the active validity period.

Bioscope packs are only used to watch Bioscope content (free and prime).
To use 4G only internet packs- 4G SIM, 4G enabled Handset/Device is needed and the customer must be within 4G coverage area.
Missed Call Alert (MCA) will be activated for 30 days validity only. MCA service is free for postpaid customers. MCA cannot be gifted. If MCA is already activated with/without auto-renew feature, then it will not activate from FlexiPlan. Customer can “auto renew” MCA service by giving Y consent to port 26222.
10 sec pulse is applicable on purchased minutes
If main account validity (recharge validity) got expired, then purchased FlexiPlan volumes will be temporarily unusable.
Dial *121*1*2# to know about the remaining balance
SMS purchased from here is usable to GP-any local number
Auto Renewal feature is not applicable for purchased FlexiPlan bundles
FlexiPlan Minute/Talk-Time is not applicable on call divert/call forward call rate. Regular product package call rate will be applicable while call divert/forward feature works.
"Any network/local number" denotes domestic network calls only (GP-GP, GP-Other Mobile Operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls
This offer is not applicable for Skitto users
Surcharge (SC), Supplementary Duty (SD) & VAT will be applicable.

GPAY ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহকগণ অ্যাপ স্টোর/গুগল স্টোর থেকে GPAY মোবাইল অ্যাপ ডাউনলোড এবং এই অ্যাপটির মাধ্যমে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে পারবেন। গ্রাহকগণ চাইলে যেকোনো মোবাইল হ্যান্ডসেট থেকে *৭৭৭# ডায়াল করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে পারবেন। রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পূর্ণ হলে, গ্রাহকগণ উপরে উল্লিখিত যেকোনো সার্ভিসের বিল পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন। GPAY ওয়ালেট রিফিল করতে গ্রাহকগণ তাদের ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট (রকেট, এবি ব্যাংক, ইসলামি ব্যাংক) অথবা যেকোনো মোবিক্যাশ আউটলেট ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।

Internet packs can be activated through MyGP, USSD, MFS, IVR, Customer Service, GP website and any other Grameenphone Authorized Retail & Digital Channels
Auto-renew option of any internet pack is turned OFF by default (except BS prepaid and post- paid customers). However, customer can turn ON Auto Renewal feature after or during package activation.
To turn ON/OFF auto renew option after package activation, visit MyGP or dial *121*3#.
To check internet balance, please dial *121*1*4#.
After expiration (Volume or Validity) of every internet pack maximum PayGo charge will be 6.95 Taka (inclusive VAT, SD & SC)
Unused data Volume will be carried forward if the customer purchases the same pack within the active validity period or in case of successful auto renewal.
To Cancel your Internet Package, dial *121*3041#.
To enjoy higher internet speed, customers need to use a 4G/5G enabled phone & 4G SIM.
Average likely speed will depend on multiple factors such as handset, website visited, distance from BTS, time of the day, etc.
To check internet speed customer can visit http://www.speedtest.net (Data Charge Applicable)
During pack purchase, any prior subscription free or emergency balance usage will be deducted from the amount recharged for pack or offer purchase. In that case internet pack or Offer that you have selected may not be activated.

VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is a technology that enables voice calling over 4G. Also, users can experience HD quality crystal clear voice with faster call setup time. Without VoLTE, your phone must drop back to 2G and 3G during voice calls. VoLTE allows users to stay on the 4G network during voice calls and can continue to have un-interrupted high-speed 4G internet experience. VoLTE calls will be charged in exactly the same manner as 2G and 3G voice calls. There are no additional data charges.

To enjoy our VoLTE services, both caller and receiver should ensure following:

USIM/4G SIM. This should be inserted in the SIM slot with data capability and “network mode” as 4G/3G/2G (Auto)
VoLTE enabled Handset and enable VoLTE option in the phone
To be in GP 4G coverage.
Need to have the upgraded OS Software provided by your handset manufacturer

iPhone 6, 6 Plus and below models will not support VoLTE in GP

To enable VoLTE, one needs to update the iPhone to the latest iOS version 13.5 or above

Beside latest iOS version, one needs to update the carrier bundle to 41.3 or above

Please turn on/off airplane mode & check if the carrier bundle is pushed once the OS is updated.
