Dhaka, September 25, 2025: Grameenphone, the country’s leading telecommunications services provider, has expanded its partnership with PalmPay to launch Bangladesh’s first cardless EMI solution for device–bundle purchases, allowing customers to purchase smartphones with exclusive long-term data and voice packages through flexible monthly repayments without the need for a credit card.
As part of this rollout, customers can now choose between two long-term combo bundles, offering 225 GB of data with 4,500 minutes at Tk 3,996, and 360 GB of data with 6,300 minutes at Tk 4,996, both valid for 270 days and available exclusively through the PalmPay platform.
Customers can also buy selected Smartphones of Itel, Tecno & Infinx on EMI along with their preferred Grameenphone bundle through PalmPay retail partners or Grameenphone Centers. The bundle activates immediately for its full validity, and customers make monthly repayments via the PalmPay app without affecting their primary Grameenphone balances.
