The GEC Convention Center in Chattogram came alive with joy, pride, and inspiration as the National Book Reading Program’s award ceremony unfolded on September 5, 2025. The event was a tribute to 6,028 students from 106 schools, recognized for their achievements in reading books and learning.
Organized by Bishwo Shahitto Kendro and proudly sponsored by Grameenphone, the ceremony was more than just an awards event—it was a celebration of imagination, curiosity, and the transformative power of books.

In his remarks, Morsed Ahmed shared heartfelt reflections on the journey:
